Mad Men has had quite a few musical and dance moments, so the send off of Bert wasn’t entirely unprecedented from that point of view.
Here are ones that I remember:
Joan playing the accordion at a dinner party.
    Roger singing in blackface.
Pete and Trudy breaking into a jitterbug dance.
    Of course, Megan singing “Zou,Bisou,Bisou”
Don and Betty singing the camp song with Bobby.
    Ken tap dancing.

And Don having a vision isn’t unprecedented either:
Don kept seeing the face of his dead brother.
The woman he “strangled” and put under the bed. (admittedly that was more of a dream).
He saw Anna in the Suitcase episode.

Great, great season of your podcast. I will look forward to checking in on your content between seasons.
